An Army of One Today, an Army of Many Tomorrow
One man started it.
"It's easy to make promises. It's hard to keep them."
Now we're many — across borders, across generations, across the sky.
From a single promise, Wings4Heroes has grown into a living, breathing mission.
Veterans who were once forgotten are now flying together — finding freedom, dignity, and life beyond survival.
It began with one amputee veteran taking his first flight — and for a moment, forgetting what was lost.
Today it's a movement.
In 2025, we added physical therapy and psychological support for our heroes.
And most importantly — we showed the world that humanity is still here.
We run a tight ship. No offices. No overhead. No corporate sponsors. Yet. Just heart, action, and the will to never let their sacrifice be forgotten.
As of Good Friday, April 3, 2026 — Wings4Heroes is still almost entirely self-funded by family and friends. Less than $400 has come from the public since we launched. That means more than 100% of every public dollar raised went directly to a veteran's program. Not to salaries. Not to rent. Not to overhead. To a human being who needed it.
This is a challenge. This is not a charity ask.
Right now, somewhere near you, there is a veteran who came home with a permanent disability — missing a limb, carrying invisible wounds, or both — and missing a reason to get up in the morning.

We have proven that $4,000 covers everything for one veteran, for 30 days: 30 days housing and meals. Round-trip flights. All ground transportation, door to door. 12 sessions of physical therapy, acupuncture, and massage. 8 swimming lessons with a private coach. Cycling — custom fitted after amputation. Tandem paragliding — the flight that changes everything. 24-hour concierge support for the entire program. One human being restored.
4,000 people giving one dollar does that. Every single month.

We’ve already seen what paragliding, healing, and human connection can restore— dignity, courage, and the freedom that war tried to take away.
